River Moy 1/2 Marathon 2012

Following the success of the 2011 River Moy 1/2 Marathon, we are delighted to announce the race will be taking place for the third year on Saturday the 12th May 2012. Start time 11am. Entries now open.

"Congratulations to all concerned with the excellent Half Marathon road race staged on Saturday (14/05/11). I must say you all put in a huge effort and everything went off very smoothly. The course was very forgiving and marshalled very well. The running tops are first class, and Please pass on our thank's to all who handed out the tea, sandwiches and "goodies" after the race as the selection of food was second to none andwent down very well by all. A number of us attended from Sligo AC and I can assure you I will be telling everyone about the superb race held in Ballina and have no doubt you will have lot's of enquiries for next year's event.
